This room is best for larger gatherings, with the versatile space perfect for decorating how you’d like.

Capacity: We have flexible seating but our standard set-up is 130 seats in cabaret style layout around tables. Standing capacity varies according to event.
Venetian room.
Our newly refurbished Venetian room is a chic, intimate space that is overlooked by our unique Georgian Venetian window. This room includes a bar area.

The Henry Ayers Room
If you are having a slightly smaller occasion, our downstairs area is the perfect space. Named after Sir Henry Ayers, former six time premier of South Australia and the namesake of Ayers Rock (now known as Uluru), who was a pupil at the Beneficial School. With our newly refurbished bar, and right by our outside seating area, this room creates a lovely, relaxed atmosphere.
